What is an unverified balance versus a verified balance?

An unverified balance is money that you're projected to make from ads but needs to be validated by our fraud detection. Once this money is verified by us, it will become a verified balance, and at that point you can withdraw it or spend it on ads.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

There are a couple of prerequisites to withdraw your earnings from ContextCue
Once you've completed the prerequisites, follow the steps below

Transferring your ContextCue earnings to Stripe

    Navigate to the "Transfers" page
  2. 2.
    Click "Transfer to Stripe" in the upper left
  3. 3.
    Enter the amount you would like to transfer. This is a minimum of $10.00.
  4. 4.
    Click "Transfer"
Stripe balances are paid out on a rolling basis once per day. Stripe may delay your earnings up to 7 days for legal and fraud prevention.

Creating a Stripe account

  1. 1.
    Navigate "My Organization," then to "Billing," and finally "Transfers" in the sidebar on the left.
  2. 2.
    Click "Create Stripe Account," you'll be redirected to, where they will handle all of the on-boarding. Depending on your Organization Type, you'll have different identity verification questions.

    Once your account has been created, navigate back to the Transfers page, and refresh.
Success! Your Stripe account has been created.

Stripe dashboard

To view your Stripe dashboard, you'll need to access it through ContextCue. You can do this by navigating to "My Organization," then to "Billing," and finally "Transfers" in the sidebar on the left. Once you're here, you can simply click the "Stripe Dashboard" button
The Stripe dashboard provides a small set of features.
  • Your Stripe Balance. This is the amount you've transferred from ContextCue to Stripe, but has not yet been deposited into your bank account or debit card.
  • Your payouts. Once the money has been transferred from Stripe to your bank account or debit card, it'll show up here.
  • Your Stripe account information. If you need to make updates, this is where you'll need to do it.
    • Your account details, such as personal information for non-business accounts, and business information for business accounts.
    • Your payout details. This is where your money will be deposited.

How do I update my payment destination?

I got an email from Stripe for personal information. Is this legitimate?

Federal regulations requires Stripe to collect certain information based on the account type (personal versus business) and the amount of revenue/amount of transactions that are performed by an account. To ensure that the email is not fraudulent, we recommend signing in to ContextCue and accessing your Stripe Dashboard. Once you access your Stripe Dashboard, you'll be able to verify your information here.
