Invites

ContextCue uses email invites to ensure only verified users have access to an organization.

Why do I need an invite?

You will need an invite if there is an organization that you'd like to join. You'll need to have your ContextCue administrator send you an invite to your email address.

I have my invite, now what?

  1. Follow the link in the email

  2. Enter your information into the registration page

  3. Click "Register"

Success! You're now a part of the organization you were invited to!

I've accepted my invite, but I don't see anything?

Congrats on signing up! By default, your account does not have any roles. To have roles added to your account, you'll want to contact your ContextCue administrator.

How do I invite a user to my organization?

  1. Hover over your name in the top right

  2. Click "My Organization"

  3. Click "Invites" in the left hand sidebar

  4. Click "Invite User" near the top left

  5. Fill out the following fields

    1. Email

    2. First Name

    3. Last Name

  6. Click "Invite"

Success! The user should receive an email shortly. If not, please reach out to support@contextcue.com and we will get things sorted out.

How do I delete an invite?

  1. Hover over your name in the top right

  2. Click "My Organization"

  3. Click "Invites" in the left hand sidebar

  4. Find the invite you would like to delete

  5. Click the "Actions" dropdown

  6. Click then "Delete," then confirm your choice
